Message your tutor and ask them to open a new time slot for you, if they can.
If there is a technical issue, ask your tutor to move to Zoom, Skype, etc, and contact the Support Team after the lesson and specify the issue.

Just a few quick steps will help you to start learning on LiveXP.
Yes. Contact Support and specify why you want to change the tutor. They will help you to do that if there are sufficient grounds.
No. It is prohibited to pay tutors outside LiveXP. We definitely will not be able to help you with refunds in this case, even if there are grounds for it.

Follow this instruction in case you changed your mind and want to edit the rating.
After a lesson is over, you'll see a window where you can rate the lesson on a scale from 1 to 5. Ratings help us to see if the lesson took place and if you enjoyed it.
They are people from all around the world who love teaching. Anyone can be a tutor on LiveXP because we believe in openness and giving opportunities.
If you missed a lesson and hadn't previously agreed to reschedule it, then this lesson will not be compensated.
If you didn't like how the actual lesson went, rate the lesson once it's over.
If the tutor is still not there after 15 minutes, rate the lesson with the comment "Tutor didn't show up" and email us at [email protected], or in the chat.
To report a lesson: 1. Rate your lesson within 24 hours after the end, and provide comments 2. Check and reply to our messages 3. Contact Support directly (optional)
When the lesson has started, you'll see a toast notification in the bottom left corner of the screen. It'll have the "Join lesson" button on it.

On LiveXP. When the lesson starts, go to “My lessons” and click “Join lesson”

There are several ways to find a tutor.
Open account settings > find Your time zone > choose the relevant time zone from the drop-down list.
LiveXP is a platform where you can learn languages in 1-on-1 lessons. Anywhere, anytime, on any device.
From now on, you don’t have to schedule lessons right when you purchase a lesson package. When you skip the "Schedule now" step, the purchased lessons are shown as Unscheduled you can schedule them anytime later.
To do this, go to Account settings > Profile details. In the “Where are you from?” field, choose the country you need.
The username cannot be changed. To change your email, send us a request to [email protected] from the email you initially registered.

1. Profile menu > "Wallet" > "Payment settings" 2. Delete the existing card from the "Payment method" 3. When you make a purchase next time, enter new credit card details and check the "Save this card for easy payments" box.
It all depends on your country and device. Students can pay for lessons and courses with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some local payments systems.
